Drop me a hello!
Web Developer

Rommel Capispisan has been a member of Diversity Working's Web Development team since January 2006. A programmer proficient in PHP, Javascript, CSS, and MYSQL, he's involved in many projects in making Diversity Working a better and more efficient site for job seekers all over the world. He is responsible in creating and editing Diversity Working's web pages, fixing reported bugs, test new pages and features, backing up Diversity Working's database and files, and monitoring the cron jobs. He also collaborates with Danny and James when making plans for future site developments at Diversity Working.

So far he has viewed working at Diversity Working as a learning experience. It's been difficult for him, at first, because Diversity Working is already an established leader in its field.

A big company with a multinational workforce, Diversity Working has been implementing effective diversity management practices that worked well for both employers and employees. As part of providing training and support to its recent hires and present employees, Diversity Working President James Henry Davis has been actively working with Rommel on web server management and Linux during his first few weeks working for the company. James' continued nurturing of employees' professional and personal growth has been one of the contributing factors that made Diversity Working a leading diversity job boards site in the industry today.

Diversity Working Web Development Team THEA KATRINA O. ONG
Drop me a hello!
Web Developer

Armed with a Computer Science degree with a specialization in Instructional Systems Technology from De La Salle University, a prominent private university in the Philippines, Thea Katrina Ong was ready to take on the bigger challenge of becoming one of the developers of Diversity Working.

A primary job listings site and a main proponent of employing fresh talent from skilled professionals of diverse backgrounds, Diversity Working served as the second home for Thea. As one of Diversity Working's web developers, she is responsible for maintaining and enhancing site features, particularly web design and architecture.

Since March 2006 Thea has been hurdling task after task at Diversity Working and each one is a challenge that tested how far her web developer skills and knowledge have flourished while in training.

Under the support and tutelage of Diversity Working's President James Davis, Thea has viewed her work as a worthy experience to have. She describes James as friendly, professional and motivating. She thought him a result-oriented manager who works hard with his web development team every step of the way whenever problems are encountered at Diversity Working.

One of the site's executives who have great influence on the team's performance is Danny Sullivan, the tech administrator for Diversity Working. For the whole team, Danny is a well-respected mentor and team leader. He knows how to put people at ease and build camaraderie among the team members. For Thea, James and Danny are diversity managers to look up to and admire.
