Albany State holds seminar for minority, women contractors
ALBANY, Ga. - A construction and developrers' seminar for minority and women contractors will be held at Albany State University's ACAD Auditorium July 28.
From 9 a.m.-3p.m., contractors will hear from different speakers and representatives from the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors.
The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Businesses in Albany, Ga., is sponsoring the seminar. The organization is looking for a few good protégés to be teamed up with mentors.
